If you pay in advance, we will usually ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment.

However, there may be a delay if the item is out of stock or during busy periods.

The delivery method will be delivery processing ( Sagawa Express Co., Ltd. ).

Please be sure to check the product when it arrives.
The following items will be replaced free of charge as soon as possible.
The costs associated with return shipping will be borne by us (cash on delivery). In the unlikely event that the item is returned prepaid, we will not be able to refund shipping charges.
Please return the product to us within 8 days after receiving the product.

• If the ordered product and the delivered product are different
• Damaged or dirty products

If the product is not defective and you wish to return it, please return it to us within 8 days of receiving the product.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.
However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

• Product you used
• Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
• Products that have been processed, renovated, etc. by the customer
• Products that have lost their product labels at the time of delivery

Necessary charges other than product price

• Consumption tax (10%)

• If you select cash on delivery as your payment method, there will be a cash on delivery fee.
• If you select bank transfer fees as your payment method, you are responsible for paying the bank transfer fees at the time of transfer.

If payment is not confirmed within 8 days from the order date, we will cancel your order.

This shop uses an online shop server provided by Shopify Inc.

The submission form is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) compatible, which encrypts and protects communication between the server and the computer you are using, and prevents prying eyes from viewing the information you enter.

Credit card information is sent directly to the payment server operated by the payment agency using the token method (card information non-passing method), so it does not pass through the online shop server. Additionally, our shop and Shopify Inc do not hold any credit card information.
